Though blogger seems determined to make all of my images smaller (and then fusses and makes my images blurry when I manually change the pixel widths), this is actually a huge drawing. The original is 18 inches tall (!!). I began tagging this girl as Josephine because that's who she is. I'm in the process of designing and fleshing out the visual details of the comic that she's the protagonist of, so I'm sure she'll pop up a lot this month. This also explains the sort of boring pose because it's a character design. Oh well, two birds, one stone. She'll be making an appearance tomorrow as well.(ps: she is deliberately value free. I plan on digitally inserting values so I can play with them because I haven't quite decided the dark to light ratios on her or her male counterpart, Arlen - who will also be in tomorrow's image.)
